Lumi Terms of Use

Effective date: July 4, 2026

By using Lumi you agree to these terms.

The service

Lumi is a personal task companion: you capture thoughts, and Lumi organizes them into tasks, schedules, and gentle guidance. Lumi is a productivity tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional care.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Subscriptions

Lumi's core features are free. Lumi Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID:

Your content

Your tasks and check-ins are yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, sync, and process them to provide the service (including AI processing described in the Privacy Policy). We claim no other rights to your content.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; don't use it to store unlawful content; don't reverse-engineer the AI integration to extract credentials or abuse rate limits.

AI output

AI-organized results can be imperfect. Review anything important — Lumi makes suggestions, you make decisions.

Warranty & liability

Lumi is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
