How do I get my tasks in?
Tap the capture bar on Home and just talk or type — messy is fine. "call the dentist, groceries this weekend, finish the report by thursday" becomes three organized tasks. That's the whole point.
Does Lumi work offline / without AI?
Yes. Lumi has a full built-in understanding engine that runs on your device. If you're offline or skip the AI features entirely, capture, scheduling, and everything else keeps working.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lumi. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period, and your free plan never expires.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and synced data from our servers.
My voice capture isn't working.
Check Settings → Lumi → Microphone and Speech Recognition are both allowed. Voice is transcribed by your device — no audio is ever sent to us.
Something looks wrong / I found a bug.
Email us with your device model and a screenshot if you can — bugs reported by early users shape the app more than anything else.
